I began my career in the estate agency industry in 2011, starting at a prominent office in Bournemouth town centre, where I gained exposure to a wide variety of properties across the BCP area. I started as a Lettings Negotiator and was quickly promoted to Lettings Manager. Over the past decade, I have gained well-rounded experience across all areas of agency, including sales, property management, and auctions.
Leah Van Der Weele
Director
I began my career in estate agency in 2012 and quickly progressed from Junior Sales Negotiator to Branch Manager, before becoming Director of Welcome Homes. Having lived in Bournemouth my entire life, I have a particular expertise in BH7, especially the Littledown area, where I grew up. Building strong relationships and supporting people throughout their buying and selling journeys remains the most fulfilling part of my job.

Director
With 10 years’ experience in the property industry, I rapidly progressed from a junior negotiator in 2015 to become Director of Welcome Homes by 2019. I have successfully sold and let a diverse range of properties across all price points, bringing experience, versatility, and strong results to every transaction. My passion lies in winning new business for both sales and lettings, I thrive on the challenge and the opportunity to continually grow.

I began my agency career in 2005 as a Personal Assistant for the international property company, Knight Frank. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for property and the sales side of the business and driven by this ambition, I quickly progressed into a Sales Negotiator role, allowing me to pursue a career that I genuinely love. I find a great deal of satisfaction in helping people source their next home.

Having previously worked in the lettings industry as a negotiator, I am well versed in the processes required at every stage to secure a successful rental. Effective property management is essential to promptly resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction for all parties involved. Being the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout their journey allows me to prioritise customer service above all else and build strong, lasting relationships.
